Delivery and Charges

All orders will be processed within two days, following receipt of payment. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

The cost for delivery is calculated at the checkout. Where possible, all deliveries will be fulfilled by PostNL according to their delivery rates. These charges will depend on the destination country and the number and weight of items ordered.

  • Please allow 3–4 working days for delivery within the Netherlands.
  • Please allow 5–8 working days for delivery outside the Netherlands but within Europe (EUR 1 and EUR 2).
  • Please allow 1–3 weeks for international deliveries (ROW).
  • Please note that at the moment delivery times can be longer than usual due to COVID-19. We are grateful for your patience during this challenging time.
  • Please note that customs duties and sales taxes may apply to some orders outside the Netherlands and that the customer is liable for these charges.

Damages

While we make every effort to ensure your order is well packed, we fully appreciate that damages sometimes occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, simply email a photo of the damaged goods to studio@coko.nl and we will be happy to send a replacement.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you may return a purchase to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Send your details to studio@coko.nl and we will contact you to make suitable arrangements to either refund the sale or replace the item(s). Postage will only be refunded if the item(s) is faulty or incorrectly supplied from the original order. Postage costs for all other returns are non-refundable. We will ask you to keep proof of posting the goods to us. We will reimburse you following our receipt of the returned goods. 

Availability, prices and information

The products on the website are offered subject to availability. All prices are in Euros, including tax where applicable, and incur delivery charges. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when photographing and describing products.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or withdraw items from sale at any time without prior notice. If an item is out of stock, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error then we may choose not to accept your order. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Payment

For payment we make use of the fully secured E-commerce platform Snipcart. We will not store or collect your payment details. You provide payment information directly to Snipcart. Their Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://cdn.snipcart.com/legal/dpa.pdf.

After your successful payment, we automatically receive a confirmation from Snipcart so that we can complete your order for delivery. View our Privacy Policy.
